To run KSWEB on TCL TV disable TCL Guard by running following command in PowerShell

.\adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.tcl.guard

Check below if it is disabled. or below (it must contain tcl guard)

.\adb shell pm list packages -d | findstr com.tcl.guard

or below (it must not contain tcl guard)
.\adb shell pm list packages -e | findstr com.tcl.guard

For Accessing Google Drives from Wampserver:

1. Open Windows Services
    Press the Windows key+R on your keyboard.
    Type services.msc and press Enter.
2. Locate and Modify the Apache Service
    Find the Apache service in the list (it's usually named wampapache64 or similar).
    Right-click on the service and select Properties.
    Go to the Log On tab.
    Change the setting from Local System account to This account.
    Enter your Windows username (e.g., YourPCName\YourUsername) and your Windows password.
    Click Apply and OK.
